Non sono falsi, fuorvianti o ingannevoli per i consumatori
Sono conformi alla normativa sanitaria e pubblicitaria applicabile in Italia (inclusi i limiti alla pubblicità sanitaria previsti dal D.Lgs. 219/2006 e dal Codice Deontologico degli Odontoiatri)
Non includono testimonianze o immagini prima/dopo che violino le linee guida delle autorità sanitarie o delle piattaforme pubblicitarie
4. Conformità alle Piattaforme Pubblicitarie
Studio Marketing Italia SRLS gestisce campagne su Google Ads e Meta Ads nel rispetto delle politiche pubblicitarie di tali piattaforme. I clienti si impegnano a non richiedere la creazione di contenuti pubblicitari che:
Violino le politiche di pubblicità sanitaria di Google o Meta
Facciano promesse terapeutiche non documentabili o scientificamente non supportate
Utilizzino immagini prima/dopo non consentite dalle piattaforme
Studio Marketing Italia SRLS non può essere ritenuta responsabile per la sospensione di account pubblicitari dovuta alla fornitura da parte del cliente di materiali non conformi.
5. Segnalazione di Violazioni

6. Conseguenze delle Violazioni
In caso di violazione della presente Politica, Studio Marketing Italia SRLS si riserva il diritto di:

Clients who provide materials (images, texts, videos, clinic information) for service delivery declare that such materials:

Are not false, misleading or deceptive to consumers
Comply with applicable health and advertising regulations in Italy (including the limits on healthcare advertising under Legislative Decree 219/2006 and the Dentists' Code of Ethics)
Do not include testimonials or before/after images that violate the guidelines of health authorities or advertising platforms
4. Compliance with Advertising Platforms
Studio Marketing Italia SRLS manages campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads in compliance with the advertising policies of those platforms. Clients undertake not to request the creation of advertising content that:
Violates the healthcare advertising policies of Google or Meta
Makes undocumentable or scientifically unsupported therapeutic claims
Uses before/after images not permitted by the platforms
Studio Marketing Italia SRLS cannot be held responsible for the suspension of advertising accounts due to the client's provision of non-compliant materials.

6. Consequences of Violations
